ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the SA Rental Property Management Team.
This is a full time permanent position working for a Private Property Management company.
You must have at least 12 months experience in property management or near completion of your Certificate 3 in Property Services. To be successful in this position you need to be a team player with a positive go to attitude to join our office.
If you are a highly motivated individual whose passion is Property Management, then this position could be for you.
Your duties would include:
- Processing of application forms
- Email enquiries
- Telephone calls
- Assisting Property Managers with routine and ingoing reports
- Open Inspections of properties
- Advertising of available properties
- Daily rent arrears
- Tenant lease renewals and follow up
- Support to our Property Management staff
- General administrative duties
To be considered for this position, you will possess the following:
- A current Property Management licence (essential)
- A current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Administration and customer service experience (real estate industry desirable)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Property Me (desirable)
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment
