MRS Property, incorporating Harmony Property Investments, is an independent property Advisory, Investment and Asset Management company specialising in commercial property. With offices in Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane we take the time to get to know our clients and understand their needs to ensure their property investments are successful.
Our Property Asset Management Division seeks the services of a proactive, enthusiastic and motivated person, with a high attention to detail, to assist the Help Desk Coordinator provide a high standard of customer service to internal and external clients.
The role entails:
- Answering calls made to the Help Desk and actioning tasks.
- Responding to emails sent to the Help Desk and actioning tasks.
- Responding to requests made to myBuildings and actioning tasks.
- Providing cover to the Help Desk Coordinator when away or during routine breaks.
- Liaising with Property Managers and Facilities Managers about maintenance requests and other queries.
- Raising Purchase Orders and Work Orders in myBuildings.
- Canceling and modifying existing Purchase Orders and Work Orders in myBuildings.
- Updating external stakeholders on the status of maintenance requests and other queries.
- Uploading creditor invoices via myBuildings and maintaining a high standard of accuracy in data input.
- Responding to creditors about status of invoices and assisting them with other enquiries.
- Maintaining data integrity within myBuildings.
- Participating in and contributing to staff meetings.
- Other tasks as required.
As regular communication with tenants and contractors is required, strong communication skills are essential, as is knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and strong keyboard skills.
