High end customer service skills and a great problem solver.
Preferably a minimum of one year's experience in Property Management, help desk or software systems
Experience using trust accounting software
Competent MS Office Suite skills helping others achieve goals
Knowledge in troubleshooting a mixture software issues preferred but not essential
Basic understanding of accounting concepts and how reconciliation works
Friendly and helpful outlook, team player, loves technology
Reliable and ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Real Estate concepts and Software System knowledge highly regarded
Ability to work unsupervised and loves assisting clients
Analytical problem solving skills with strong work ethic and reliability essential
Holiday Property Management is our niche sector, highly regarded if you have experience in Holiday Management.
Where are we located and Hours of Operation:
Suite 1-3 / 43 Brisbane Water Drive, Point Clare NSW 2250
Full time Monday-Friday Position 8.30am to 5pm
Branded Shirts will be provided
Day to Day role:
Answering calls and responding to email enquiries
Testing new features and bug fixes prior to communicating to clients.
Providing evidence to developers to assist with bug fixes
Supporting Property Managers with Bank Reconciliation queries.
Onboarding new clients with new software implementation and training.
The successful applicant will be trained in the use of all our software systems.
