We are partnered with one of WA's best-known employers, for the recruitment of a Quality Officer, focusing on managing the food safety and quality assurance are covered effectively across all aspects of the business.
Some of the key points that you'll want to know:
- Support the QA manager in managing the quality assurance programs for compliance to regulatory and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance of the food safety and quality management and food safety system to the highest standard.
- Working collaboratively with other supplies for food safety, specifications, NPD and documentation.
- Working collaboratively with other areas of the business to achieve company KPI's objectives.
- Support a strong food safety culture with full implementation of all business expectations.
- Contribute to training and induction for the site to ensure sufficient knowledge across the business.
In terms of your background, you'll ideally have:
- Experience in food safety management.
- Experience in HACCP in the seafood industry.
- Has exposure to quality audits and the development of both raw and finished product specifications.
- A suitable tertiary qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel/ Word/ Outlook)
