Your Role: As our Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch Customer Service in line with Idealist's policies and benchmarks. You'll collaborate closely with our General Manager to ensure we meet the expectations of Place agents across the group and continue to develop the offering by executing revenue-generating initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality Customer Service delivery, adhering to Idealist's policies and Service Level Agreements.
• Manage the team within Idealist responsible for delivering our vendor paid campaign services, copywriting services, and agent marketing services.
• Maintain Idealist's value proposition by implementing best practice service provider benchmarks.
• Own job trafficking to the team, ensuring daily traffic checks are conducted.
• Evolve step-by-step procedures related to marketing campaigns for easy adherence by all team members.
• Induct and train new team members, providing ongoing support and training.
• Manage key partner and supplier relationships.
• Assist in issue resolution for escalated client concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Service management (overseeing multiple employees).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus.
