Position Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends)
- Role: This multifaceted role encompasses various aspects of property management, including but not limited to:
- Engaging with stakeholders such as tenants, property owners, and contractors
- Maintaining meticulous communication records
- Conducting market reviews and updating lease records
- Coordinating ingoing, routine, and outgoing property reports
- Keeping comprehensive maintenance records
- Managing daily arrears processes
- Delivering exceptional communication to all clients
- Conducting property showings
Skills & Requirements:
- Must have proven experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Salesperson Registration
- Exceptional time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Professional and polished presentation
- Possession of a valid QLD driver's license
