Purpose of Position
The position of Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring friendly, professional and efficient reception, administrative and logistic support to the Site Manager and Sundale facility.
Key Accountabilites
- General reception and administrative duties including answering calls, filing, scanning and directing visitors
- Assist with rostering for all staff in the Care Centre, when required
- Invoicing purchase order processing, petty cash, cheque reimbursement and banking
- Assisting with client services, tours and general enquiries

Essential Requirements
- Police Check
- Pre-employment medical assessment
- Certificate III in Business Administartion or relevant practical experience
Availability
Part-Time, 30 hours per fortnight. 08:00 to 16:00.
