Administration Officer

Purpose of Position

The position of Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring friendly, professional and efficient reception, administrative and logistic support to the Site Manager and Sundale facility.

Key Accountabilites

• General reception and administrative duties including answering calls, filing, scanning and directing visitors
• Assist with rostering for all staff in the Care Centre, when required
• Invoicing purchase order processing, petty cash, cheque reimbursement and banking
• Assisting with client services, tours and general enquiries

Essential Requirements

• Police Check
• Pre-employment medical assessment
• Certificate III in Business Administartion or relevant practical experience

Availability

Part-Time, 30 hours per fortnight. 08:00 to 16:00.
