The Opportunity
You will be working directly with the Principal of the business to grow the portfolio and turn their small agency to a property management powerhouse! You will be responsible for managing a tidy and well-established portfolio of approx. 40 properties with admin support with plans to grow the portfolio eventually to 140.
This will include:
- Client and tenant liaison
- Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Maintenance
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals
- Business development
- Minimal leasing inspections
- Monday to Friday - no weekends!
- Driver's license & car (Fuel card & Car Space provided).
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- An ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
- A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A can-do attitude with a splash of energy
- Tech savvy with the willingness to embrace technology
