We are looking for a Property Manager due to expansion to start working in a fantastic high end office, with 2 days work from home, a team of 20 staff and one of the best respected property brands in the industry.
Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, limited weekends 1 in 7 Saturdays or less for a half day. Parking Provided!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~170 properties, all residential
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
