Who are we looking for?We're looking for an
Agile Project Manager to join our Organizational Development team. Working closely with the Global Leader - Change & Transformation, you will be responsible contributing to GHD's transformation across projects, programs and portfolio.The primary responsibility will be leading agile sprints to scope new projects, manage pilots, enable the business to develop and test prototypes, and support the design of new processes and experiences.Additionally, you will be supporting program and portfolio managers with program delivery and the maturation of the portfolio function.Some focus areas will include:At a Project level:
- Lead and manage agile sprints to scope, design, test and implement new operating models
- Lead iterative design, building agile learning mindsets and capabilities in others
- Coach business leaders and teams on agile ways of working
- Enable the implementation of agile change management and stakeholder engagement strategies that contributes to desired cultural changes
- Track and make visible measurable value creation
- Bring project delivery discipline to projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
At a Program level:
- Contribute to the coordination of related projects to improve impact, efficiency and effectiveness
At a Portfolio level:
- Contribute to the maturation of disciplines at portfolio level to strengthen link between strategy and execution
- Contribute to the establishment of portfolio processes to improve business agility by improving prioritisation, investment and decision making
We are looking for:- Design thinking, agile delivery and sprint management
- Ability and desire to work in ambiguous environments
- Attention to detail - An interest in portfolio and project value creation.
- Workshop facilitation and engagement of large cohorts
- Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- A proactive nature, focusing on driving outcomes rather than only responding to issues as they arise
Qualifications:- Project Management skills including progress, tracking, schedule management, partner management, reporting, risk management
- Senior stakeholder management
- Design thinking, agile delivery and sprint management
