Fast growing leading agency, New Door Properties is seeking a full-time Property Manager for Gungahlin ACT. You will be rewarded with an attractive salary plus commission, super, fuel allowance. Your duties will be included in this role:
- Managing approx. 150-180 properties with Admin, Trust Accounting, and Leasing support.
- Supported by leasing team who conduct open for inspections and initial tenancy applications processing
- Scheduling and completing routine inspections, final bond inspections & conditional reports
- Handling maintenance issues
- Communicate with Landlords and Tenants
- Attending ACAT hearing
- Work Monday to Friday with Saturday's roster (1-2 Saturdays per month)
- Outgoing, routine and bond inspections
- Managing arrears effectively
- Conduct regular rent reviews, increases and lease renewals
To apply this position, you must be licensed or hold a certificate of registration and you must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car, and most importantly:
- Excellent communications skills
- Minimum 1-2 years Property Management experience
- A current driver’s licence and police check are required
- A positive attitude
- High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn specific systems
- Be proactive, organized, and structured with good ethics
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Be a goal setter and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused
