KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitating property leasing, including tenant selection and handover
- Oversight of ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections
- Maintaining effective communication with tenants and owners
- Managing lease renewals through negotiation
- Handling day-to-day property management tasks such as maintenance and rent arrears, as well as lease breaks
- Willingness to tackle any other tasks as needed to support property management operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A great communicator, friendly and possess exceptional people skills and customer service
- Keen to learn and deliver exceptional results for their clients
- Well-presented and punctual
- Enjoys working in their position
- Possess a high level of organisation and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
- Property management license or studying for Property management license essential.
While prior property management experience is preferred, it is not a prerequisite.
