 Key responsibilities:

• act as a liaison between tenants and landlords.
• conduct property inspections (ingoings, outgoing and routines and open homes)
• develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service. 
• stay up to real estate market trends and industry regulations. 

Requirements:

• proven experience in property management
• minimum 2 years
• high level of proficiency in using Propertyme
• excellent communication skills
• strong property acumen with passion for real estate
• valid real estate certificate
