Description of role:

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Property Manager to join our Retail Projex Management Team. The Property Manager will be point of call and accountable for the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio consisting of a diverse range of property to include large format retail, Commercial and industrial Assets across Sydney based out of our Castle Hill office. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• All areas of Property Management to include lease administration, financial management and operations. 
• Arrears management, implementation of rent reviews and management of lease critical dates 
• Prepare monthly reports, including operational and financial analysis 
• Forecast and prepare annual property budgets and conduct outgoings reconciliations 
• Managing operations and contractors to include monitoring asset expenditure.
• Implement and maintain all operational compliance and risk management processes 
• Build and maintain tenant and client relationships
• Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of all sites, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times 

This role is open to a commercial Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career
 

The Ideal candidate will have: 

• Valid Real Estate License – Essential 
• 2+ years property management experience (Commercial / Retail) - Essential
• Have an understanding of current legislation  
• Intermediate level of MS Office skills - Essential
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Strong organisational and Communication skills to the highest standard, being verbal and written, always closing out tasks
• Strong stakeholder management
• Hold a current NSW Drivers licence
