As Property Manager, you duties will be

• Managing a medium sized portfolio with a thorough handover and support from HOD
• Landlord & Tenant Communication
• Out of office consultant to handle routines and leasing
• A dedicated in house BDM - no pressure to bring on new managements!
• Managing maintenance and entry and exit condition reports
• Following up on arrears

In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive:

• $90,000 -$100,000 - exceptional salary!

What you will need to be considered...

• Minimum 12 months experience managing a residential portfolio
• A valid drivers licence
• Agents Representative Certificate
