We are looking for a Property Manager due to expansion to start working in a fantastic modern, high end office with 30+ staff in one of the most respected brands in the industry.
This agency is a stable, friendly and with a A-Grade office fitout, local parking on site, join a well established, low turnover team.

Monday to Thursday 9-5:30Pm early finish Fridays limited weekends 1 in 6 Saturdays or less for a half day, with time in lieu! Parking Provided!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~170 properties, all residential
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance and portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Winner, can-do attitude
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
