Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple residential and/or commercial properties.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and aesthetic standards are met.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for necessary repairs and upgrades.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant screening processes.
Manage budgeting and financial reporting for each property.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Real Estate certificate IV.
