They are seeking a highly energetic and passionate Property Manager to oversee the well-managed portfolio. 

Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio including;

• Repairs & maintenance
• Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• New Business
• Arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
• Client and tenant liaison
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Knowledge of tribunal proceedings

Ideal Candidate

• Real Estate experience is essential 
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration 
• You will have a passion for Real Estate and be results-driven
• You will hold a valid driver's license
• Have exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Have superb telephone, written & verbal communication skills
