Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Business development to ensure rent roll growth, organically and externally – leads provided for you to convert
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Rentals arrears control
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Conduct rental reviews and manage increases
- Prepare for and attend NCAT
- NO trust accounting
About the prospective candidate:
- For this particular opportunity, we are looking for someone with a strong background in Property Management
- Your ability to further develop processes to increase productivity and positive outcomes for clients, internal and external is highly regarded
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to network and build strong relationships
- You will need to be switched on and have the ability to think on your feet
- You will have a valid Driver's License and your own reliable transport
- You will be willing to provide proof of working rights and undertake a Police check as well as a personality profile assessment
- You MUST be business-minded and understand the importance of utilising technology and resources provided to be more productive and efficient
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of properties – the number of properties will be agreed upon based on your aspirations for career development and financial requirements
