This Property Manager position is full-time and based in Darwin. You will be a member of our professional and progressive Property Management Team.

To be successful in securing the role, you will have: 

•  Effective Business communication skills, with people from diverse experience and background
• A current Agents Representatives Certificate  
• Previous Property Management Experience preferred 
• Track record of maintaining and growing a portfolio
• Proficient computer skills 
• Professional presentation and manner 
• Demonstrated general admin/office skills and abilities 
• Desire to learn and take initiative 
• A current Driver's License
