- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate & driver's license
- Must have previous Property Management experience
Specifics of the Job...
- Managing all incoming phone calls and walk-in enquiries
- Preparing and processing Tenancy Applications
- Periodic and incoming/outgoing inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Tenant and landlord liaison including OFI
- Payment and arrears management
- Bond lodgements / refunds
- General administration duties/reception work as required
- Monday – Friday plus rostered Saturdays
- No trust account involvement required
