What will you be doing in this role:

An exciting opportunity has become available off the back of business growth for a Property Manager with 12 or more months experience managing a portfolio on their own. You will take on an incredibly well cared for residential portfolio of 130 properties.  

• Manage all Saturday and private leasing inspections
• Ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Routine inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Landlords
• Arrears management
• NCAT preparation and support with attendance
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Manage bond and insurance claims
• Repairs and maintenance
• Nurture Landlord and Tenant relationships
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings

The right candidate will have:

• A minimum 12 months experience managing your own portfolio
• Impeccable presentation
• Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday
• Excellent attention to detail
• Current certificate of registration
• A reliable car and valid drivers licence
• Highly customer service oriented
• A positive can-do attitude and willingness to work as a team
