Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medium-scale projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
- Implement quality assurance and safety protocols throughout project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the construction or development industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM) is a plus.
- Experience in managing projects in commercial real estate sectors is advantageous.
