We're a specialist construction recruitment agency partnering with a highly regarded commercial construction company in Sydney. They're looking to expand their team with a talented and experienced Site Manager to oversee a diverse range of projects across the city.
Your Impact on the Sydney Skyline:
You'll manage a variety of commercial projects, from brand new office towers to high-end retail fit-outs, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction site management
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations on complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you'll bridge the gap between architects, subcontractors, and the client
- Strong understanding of WHS regulations and a commitment to a safe worksite
- Proactive problem-solving approach – you'll anticipate challenges and find solutions
Stand Out From the Crowd:
- Experience in both new builds and fit-outs a major plus
- Trade background or qualifications in construction management will impress
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software a valuable asset (Procore, Hammertech)
