About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join the RMC family, focusing on property management and aspiring to advance in their career. Ideally, you're currently in the industry, possibly in an administrative assistant role, and hungry for growth opportunities. We're specifically looking for individuals who value a personalised and growth-oriented environment, steering clear of the anonymity found in larger corporate structures.

Who You Are:

  • Property Management Licensed
  • Eager to become a key member of the Property Management Team, experiencing all aspects of the role
  • Ideally currently working in the industry in an admin/reception role and looking to progress
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate and engage with customers in various settings.
  • A team-oriented approach with adept at working smoothly within the dynamics of a constantly changing and evolving industry

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting daily one of the Team members in Property Management, Led by Director Elinore Rositano 
  • Assisting/ Conducting Routine, Ingoing and open inspections 
  • Screening applications, preparing Lease Agreement Documentation 
  • Assisting with the organisation of property repairs and maintenance 
  • Contributing to strong relationships with Landlords, tenants and trades as part of our commitment to fostering quality connections 
  • Maintaining a solution-focused approach
