Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage an executive portfolio of 160 properties, all located in the Bondi area
• Attend Tribunal hearings
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Handle rent increases
• Manage arrears
• No leasing responsibilities
• No accounts management

Skills and Experience Required:

• A current certificate of registration/Real Estate License is essential
• 3+ years of PM experience
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills
• Immaculate presentation
• Strong knowledge of Property Tree or Property Me is ideal
