The Person
In this exciting position of Property Manager, you will take the reins of a meticulously maintained portfolio:
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
Minimum of 2 years plus experience as a Property Manager
Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English- both written and verbal communication
Good time management and organisation skills
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
Propertytree and Agentbox experience is ideal however not essential
The Position
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will be a true team player with a 'can do' attitude. You will have:
Manage a small portfolio of properties.
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Arrears management
Conduct outgoing inspections.
Manage lease renewals and rent increases.
Preparing for and representing the property owner at tribunal hearings where required
