This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and committed PropertyManagers to join a leading real estate business located in the Sydney's Hills District.

Our ideal candidate is highly organised and has a keen eye for detail. You will be a great communicator and enjoy providing positive client experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment. 

The ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous but not essential.

Previous property management experience is highly desired and advantageous. However, if you have relevant and transferable skills, we encourage you to apply. 

 
Your duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
  • Managing rental arrears;
  • Negotiating lease renewals;
  • Open homes as required;
  • Routine inspections;
  • Outgoing inspections;
  • Maintenance requests;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Issuing breach notices as required; and
  • Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions.
  
To succeed in this role you'll have: 
  • Previous property and/or client management experience is advantageous;
  • A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate Of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High levels of professionalism;
  • Previous client relationship or account management experience;
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
  • Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms; and
  • A valid drivers licence.
