Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their well established team of consummate professionals.
The Role:
- Salary up to $110,000 depending on experience
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 properties located in the Eastern Suburbs
- End to end management with leasing, inspection, trust account and administrative support provided
- Working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays with time in lieu
The Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Property Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
