What You Will Do:

• Oversee a neat portfolio of roughly 140 properties to start, ensuring high standards of management and client satisfaction.
• Nurture landlord and tenant relationships, providing outstanding customer service and resolving queries promptly.
• Utilize your expertise to handle leasing, inspections, and property maintenance, optimizing occupancy rates and rental yields.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve collective success and maintain our agency's reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have property Management Experience
• Must have a current COR, Car & Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a motivated and driven individual
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to building lasting relationships.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
