Promised Land Stud is set in the picturesque Gleniffer Valley, 10kms northwest of Bellingen on the Mid North Coast of NSW. The property is set on 630 acres of undulating sandy loam with pockets of red volcanic soil flats, rising into steep forested country adjoining the Dorrigo National Park.
The objective of Promised Land Stud is to produce consistently high-quality bulls and females from diverse genetic backgrounds. Combining our proven cow families with leading sires, Promised Land aim to produce, a structurally sound, low maintenance, highly fertile, moderate birth weight, good temperament animal with plenty of growth and quality carcass attributes entirely off pasture.

Your Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to lead a small team of gardeners and contractors in achieving our vision of a thriving, environmentally conscious stud and lifestyle property. Reporting to the Stud Manager, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the properties infrastructure which includes 6 homes, indoor pool, sheds, water reticulation, fencing, roads, machinery maintenance, property improvement projects and management of a macadamia orchard.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop and execute maintenance programs on property infrastructure and equipment.
• Lead a small team of gardeners and contractors to meet the investors business and strategic plan in relation to property infrastructure and development.
• Provide innovative and timely advice and knowledge
• Foster a positive team culture in compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and budgets related to property infrastructure providing regular updates and forecasts whilst prioritising costs and capital expenditure.
• Proactively identify and report any variances or unexpected costs to ensure that the property operates within budget.
• Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship and innovation within the team.
Your Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure on a farming and lifestyle property or related agricultural roles.
• Strong knowledge of crop production techniques, agricultural equipment, and pest/disease control methods.
• Demonstrated commitment to regenerative agricultural principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
• Able to work flexibly and demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Orchard management experience is desirable
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Chemical handling certificate
