Effectively coordinate and oversee all tasks associated with managing investment properties and ensuring compliance is met in line with legal requirements. Additionally, excel in managing client relationships to facilitate the leasing and property management processes.

- Strong communication skills are essential

Must be prepared to obtain your Certificate IV in Property Services
Must hold a current Driving Licence and have a reliable vehicle
Full time position however we are also seeking a 3-4 day per week position: Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:00pm, rostered Saturday's 9am-12pm
