AddressThis is a full-time role for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, including property inspections, tenant communication, rent collection, and lease renewals. This role is located in Narre Warren, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing your own portfolio from end to end
- Processing applications and signing up new tenants
- Inspections (routine, ingoing and outgoing)
- Liaising with tenants, landlords & tradespersons
- Arranging and supervising maintenance and repairs
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Management of rent arrears & lease terminations
- Allocation of bond refunds
- Administrative tasks related to Property Management
- Promote services and secure new residential properties
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of property management regulations and laws
- Experience in customer service or real estate industry
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate IV in Property Services
