AddressBoutique Property Management team with a collaborative culture and strong focus on client relationships is looking for YOU! At least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager is necessary. Long standing company with exceptional track record. Salary/Package dependant on experience.
The Role:
- Managing portfolio of 150 properties predominantly in Southeast Gold Coast, very geocentric!
- Monday to Friday only
- Landlord and tenant liaising
- Periodic inspections
- Rental arrears
- Reporting and solving repairs and maintenance
- Strong ability to problem solve and have initiative
- Report to Head of Department for quarterly KPI meetings
- Work as a team and be prepared to help others where needed
