We are looking for a property management gun to join this team who has been in operation for 10+ years!
This role is available due to growth, working with an A Grade real estate agency.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~170 properties
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintain client relationships
- Routine inspections and reports (as required, support provided)
- Lease renewals
Work side by side in a supportive team of 30+ in this office.
WHATS ON OFFER:
- $75,000 - $90,000 + Super

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, supportive team
- Car and drivers licence
