Job description

  • Full time / maximum term position up to until August 2026
  • Salary based on experience, range: $123,625 - $157,340 plus super
  • Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and timely delivery of digital information projects at Victoria Legal Aid, under the Digital Transformation Strategy. You will take on the day-to-day project management of various digital information projects, coordinate project resourcing, foster effective working relationships with vendors and external stakeholders, and provide progress reports to stakeholders and project sponsors.

This is a key role and will lead and initiate the successful and timely delivery of projects and the management of associated project teams, with a primary focus on delivering a Grants Management System as well as other projects as needed. This role will require exceptional organisational and management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role will report to the Senior Projects and Portfolio Manager within the Digital Transformation Team. 

This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country. Occasional travel may be required to our Regional offices.

  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to meet competing priorities and deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Grants Management Systems
