The Role:
- Overseeing a small portfolio with VA's for support
- All properties are in close range to the office so minimal travel
- Focusing on Owner and Tenant communication, Maintenance, Routine Inspections and managing a small team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- 2 + years of previous leasing/property management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Valid driver's license
- Confidence and ability in motivating and training staff members
- Overseeing a small team
