Ideally you will meet the following criteria:
- 1-3+ years experience as a Property Manager & the use of PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, RP Data (desired but not essential)
- Current WA Registration
- Strong confident communication skills, with ability to develop and nurture relationships
- Naturally show initiative and be solution focused
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Well presented
- Current WA Drivers License and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to deal with challenging situations in a calm and even manner
- Great with technology and a quick learner
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain a portfolio of approximately 120 properties - located Western Suburbs and South
- Closely manage and minimise rent arrears
- Manage property maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections and home opens (supported by shared assistant Property Manager)
- Conduct final inspections and process bond release
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- No trust accounting, PCRs or BDM required
This is generally a full time position from 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, however we are happy to discuss flexible working from home options or hours if required to suit your lifestyle. The role will offer a base salary (based on experience) + phone and fuel allowance + use of shared company car.
