Job tasks and responsibilities
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Rental arrears control
- Attending to tribunal applications and hearings
- Processing rental applications and sign ups
- Managing all repairs and maintenance
- General administrative duties
Skills and experience
You will need:
- Current certificate of registration
- Previous experience required
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications
- Current drivers license
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both unsupervised and within the team
