Property Manager - Real Estate - Full Time

Adelaide Property Brokers are an established and well-respected Real Estate Agency located in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide who manage properties across the entire Adelaide region. We are looking for a passionate individual to join a fun, dynamic and professional team of Property Managers.

We are now seeking a focused and motivated Property Manager who is looking to work full-time, Monday to Friday. If you are passionate about Real Estate and are a knowledgeable individual who is solution oriented with a growth mindset this role is one you don't want to pass by.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Professionally liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
• Conduct outgoing inspections
• Identify and report on routine, urgent and proactive maintenance

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years proven Property Management experience.
• Must hold a valid SA Property Management License
• Valid driver's license
• Have a good understanding of PropertyMe software.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Be effective without direct management, yet welcome structure and supervision as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and express yourself proficiently in order to achieve success in your work.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable
• Well presented and corporately groomed.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
