About the role:
Due to the consistent growth of their portfolio, there is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join this vibrant team. The team is experienced and there will be a thorough training on all aspects of the job that you have not covered or need some assistance with. Our client LOVES to train so even if you have minimal experience, we would love to hear from you.
Duties will include:
You will assistant in the management of a large portfolio where each day will be different, you will receive on the job training from some of the best Property Managers in the industry, some of your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Final bonds and outgoing inspections
- Rental arrears
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
- Maintenance
- Routines inspections
About you:
- This rare opportunity that will suit an experienced Assistant Property Manager Or an experienced Leasing Consultant that is SUPER PASSIONATE about their career that can bring high-level customer service levels.
- Immaculate presentation, articulate with great energy and career focus.
- You will need a current Agents Rep or licence and drivers license.
