- Coordinating and setting up property advertisements

- Scheduling routine inspections
- Conducting virtual walk through's of rental properties
- Attending routine inspections - full training
- An understanding of the property management industry as a chosen career is essential
- PM Registration started/or completed preferred
- Corporate presentation, initiative and a passion for the industry IS required
- Outstanding time management to coordinate appointments is key
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
