- Properties all within close proximity to the office
- No leasing, no BDM, no trust accounting
- Loads of support from the Leasing Officer, shared Assistant Property Manager, and knowledgeable Head of Department

- $70k - $75k + super + company cars during work hours
- Additional 2 weeks annual leave per year
- Management are dedicated to keeping stress levels at a minimum
- Monday to Friday only, no weekend work!
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Property Manager
- Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Driver's license
- Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
