About You
We are looking for an applicant who has excellent time management and can prioritise tasks.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills with proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Current certificate of registration and CPD requirements
- Current Driver’s licence & Reliable Car
- High-level organisation and time management skills
- Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Property Tree (Essential)
- Knowledge of Inspection Express App is an advantage but not essential
- Current police check
- Min 1-2 years’ Property Management experience
