An exceptional opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager join this business based in their office in Wollongong. This is a dream role where your key mandate will be to develop strong client relationships and exemplify 6-star customer service across the portfolio.

• Up to $100k salary package depending on experience
• Monday to Friday role ONLY

• Portfolio will not exceed 150 properties

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of up to 150 properties
• Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
• Attend to repairs and maintenance requests
• Conduct ingoings & outgoings, routine inspections
• Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews
• Resolve escalated issues and complaints

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• A solid background in property management
• Desired experience with Property Tree but not essential
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Class 2 License
• First class written and verbal communication skills
• A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
