PRD Whitsunday has an opportunity available in our award-winning Property Management team. Real Estate is an exciting, fast-paced industry that provides something new and interesting every day.
Although prior experience is desirable, we choose people to join our team based on our culture and who they are.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of investment properties. Tasks are varied and encompass all areas of managing the property, tenancy and owner communication.
Essential to the role:
- Meticulous time management & organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise urgent tasks when they arise & be adaptable
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Can-do team attitude
- Drivers Licence (Provisional ok)
