You are responsible for executing the activities associated with property management under guidance from the Senior Property Manager. A professional with some practical experience contributing to the ongoing success of effective property management. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting the full suite of property management functions across a diverse portfolio of assets in order to maximise asset performance which includes: administering leases, managing external service provider contracts, collecting rents, conducting regular property inspections, and assisting with lease negotiations
- Ensuring that the essential services related to the tenancy of the properties are achieving client expectations and company performance objectives
- Providing senior team members with financial reporting and status updates for the portfolio under management
- Executing and maintaining risk management strategies, capital expenditures, and maintenance works
- Assisting senior team members evaluate the sourcing and acquisition of new properties within the portfolio
