We are offering an opportunity to learn from scratch or build on your existing skillset by working alongside Property Management industry leaders who have been awarded Finalists by the REIQ and other national industry groups.
The role has evolved due to extensive growth in our property management business and we are looking for either an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager. Suitable for anyone with experience BUT we are happy to train someone with no experience!
What you need to have
- Attention to detail and exceptional accuracy
- Enjoy engaging on a professional level with people ie Owners, Tenants, Contractors
- Looking for a role where every day is different
- Adaptable to outside tasks as well as sitting at a desk
- Embrace technology and a forward thinker
- A sense of humour!
- Willing to acquire your OFT Registration Certificate
- Driver’s License – Either manual or auto
