Property Manager - Brunswick
This is a rare opportunity to work for a friendly, collaborative, well trained and professional office of 15 people in Brunswick. Role is available only due to growth, and splitting of portfolio's to help out current staff as have taken on new listings.
With clean portfolios of modern, high quality homes in the inner suburbs & surrounds, you will manage 140 properties with support, which will grow to a max of 180 properties.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm with 1 in 6 Saturdays or less & time in lieu for after hours meetings.
Work under a genuine, positive and capable department manager who comes from high end real estate and really cares about his team.
JOB DUTIES:- Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Manage your own portfolio of 140 properties
- Maintenance
- Routines (with support)
- Application processing (with leasing support)
- Compliance
- Exit Inspections, Entry inspections
- Using Property Me
WHATS ON OFFER:- $75,000 - $85,000 + Super (plus commissions)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
