We are looking for a Property Officer to join our team.
About the role:
As a Property Officer your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- Conduct routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Process tenancy applications
- Complete relevant administrative tasks
What we require:
- Willing to complete a Certificate of Registration prior to commencement
- Undertake Certificate IV in Real Estate Services whilst employed to obtain a Class 2 Agent Licence
- Strong communication skills
- Drivers License
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion & drive to succeed in the real estate industry
- High standard of customer service
- Punctual & good time management skills
